Items ordered and paid for will be dispatched within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. FedEx, Xpressbees, DHL, and Ekart are our primary shipping providers. Our courier partners normally deliver within 4-7 business days after leaving our facility. Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information from us. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it and contact us immediately. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us at support@therollingconcept.com and we will replace the damaged goods after investigation.
